Are you a natural multitasker who, as a Planner, keeps a tight rein on all clients’ demands? In this dynamic role, you ensure that our experts deal with our clients promptly. You do this for a diverse set of national and international clients, giving you a unique opportunity to experience different companies and their requirements.

Together with your colleagues in The Hague, Groningen, and Santander (Spain), you truly help our clients. You ensure they can rely on their BI, planning, and reporting applications.

For us, organizations are not just numbers but real people with real questions. Our experts answer questions such as “we see inexplainable differences in our reporting,” “can we incorporate a salary model into our planning system,” or “what would be the impact of upgrading our entire platform to the latest version.” A slightly more complex question could be, “how to integrate Machine Learning in our predictive planning?”. As a Planner, you prioritize the most urgent questions, plan preventive maintenance for our client’s systems, and ensure that you schedule the right experts for larger projects and the Service Desk.

You are working on

  • The daily planning. This is your top priority, considering a mix of incidents, changes, ongoing projects, and mid- & long-term planning.
  • Playing a central role between Service Level Managers, Sales Managers, and Operations.
  • Coordinating how to provide the best resource capacity and contract delivery for Swap Support’s existing contracts, new customers, and projects.
  • Informing and stimulating the operational teams and keeping them up to date with the timely achievement of the Service Levels agreed upon with the Service Level Manager.
  • Clear communication is vital, and a human touch essential.
  • You use Topdesk, Timetell, and Office365. Have you not worked with some of these tools before? No problem, we’re happy to train you.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You absolutely love to schedule, plan, and organize.
  • You know the ins and outs of planning people.
  • And you embrace the chance to become even more of an expert in Service Desks and Service Level Management.
  • You love to be part of a team, solve the toughest issues together, and help each other.
  • You know how to prioritize conflicting demands and negotiate complex situations.
  • Problem-solving is your middle name.
  • Does your private diary show different colors? Do you always know where everyone should be at which time? Probably, as you are very organized.
  • You like finance, BI, and IT.
  • Preferably, you are available full-time; less is negotiable.
  • You are fluent in English and possibly Spanish or Dutch.
