As a Swap Support service level manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the services agreed upon with the customer are delivered to their satisfaction and in accordance with the terms of the contract. By making the right translation between the customer and the service desk (coordinator), you ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the SLA. In addition, you maintain customer contacts at various levels (key users to management) and ensure that our service is tailored to the needs, objectives and challenges of the customer.

As a contract partner, you are able to build and expand a successful relationship with your customers. You inform and communicate clearly about discussed issues and developments in the market and, where necessary, make solicited and unsolicited proposals about the further design of the services.

You are a real team player  with a hands-on mentality. Working customer- and result-oriented  is important to you and a way to deliver quality. You know how to find solutions to problems and  are able to keep on enriching your knowledge so you always come up with the best solutions. With your natural charm, tact and flexibility, you create trust with customers.

In addition, you bring the following with you:

  • Bachelor’s, or master’s degree;
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an SLA manager, delivery manager or change manager;
  • Knowledge of service level management, quality management and service management processes;
  • Knowledge of Bisl, ASL, ITIL is an advantage;
  • Excellent in Dutch and English;
  • In possession of a driving licence.
